Prawn Stripes Soup - Prawn Stripes Soup is exactly as its name is, a soup made with these homemade prawn stripes, and at first glance you might think it is Pan Mee too. The raw prawn stripes actually resembles the Malay Keropok before they are fried. But after cooking it, the texture and flavour are both unique in its own way.
Stir-fried Prawn Stripes - Stir-fried Prawn Stripes is like the combination of KL's "Fu Jian Mian" and "Loh Mee". The texture is very moist but not too greasy, and the prawn stripes are springy and not too soft, giving it a great texture in your mouth.
He Jian - Oh Jian' is a commonly seen dish, but coming here at Kedai Kopi Lee Teng Hou where prawns and shrimps are the main stars, a different version of the dish using prawns is no wonder at all. But strangely enough, eventhough it is uncommon, it is definitely on par with the 'Oh Jian'. The prawns are not overwhelming the dish, but rather goes very well with the flavours of the eggs, making it a light and appetizing meal.
Oh Jian - Oysters are ingredients that are very heavy on sea flavours, but the ones found here has completely melded with the aroma of the eggs, so it mildens the sea flavour. This is also especially thanks to how the chef has actually seasoned the dish, like using garlic and fried shallots, and further pairing it with chilli that makes the overall dish an outstanding one.
La Li Sha - "La Li Sha" could be said to be one of the chef's specialty dish, and that is why people say that you can only find it here. The texture of "La Li Sha" is quite thick, and is similar to a prawn meat broth. The sauce also contains minced meat and chilli, and eventhough the appearance may look like 'Loh Mee', but the flavours are actually very unique and surprising.
