店内的装潢摆设就有如店名般,走极简风格带出Simple的味道,给人一种轻松的感觉,食物也不会太花俏,简单好吃就好比妈妈煮的家常菜。这里最为出名的就是鸡饭和咖喱,而且这里可是没有售卖猪肉哦,所以也吸引了不少友族同胞前来光顾。

Curry Mee - Although the curry of this Curry Mee is mildly spicy, its texture is still rich and creamy. That creamy texture and flavours will immediately remind you of fresh milk and coconut milk, but the addition of these ingredients did not make the curry overwhelming but instead accentuates the great curry taste. For those who do not fancy blood cockles, you can rejoice as the owner chef have replaced them with steamed chicken that enriches the curry soup with aromatic chicken flavours as well. The tender and springy chicken meat really adds points for the entire meal. 

Breast Rice - This Breast Rice is actually just Chicken rice that we are all accustomed with. But don't be mistakened that this plate of chicken rice is just a simple and common meal, as even just the ingredients used are paid much attention to. For example, the owner chef uses freshly bought chicken from the morning market daily, and not those that are frozen or overnighted, thus having a top-notched texture and flavour. To further enhance the flavours, the chicken is also topped with aromatic fried garlic that smells so good. Having a bite, its flavours are down-to-earth, just like homemade chicken rice that our mom would sincerely prepare. It is not too strong in flavours, but its great flavours will stay in your palate and heart for a long time. 

Cucur Sayur - Cucur Sayur may be an unfamiliar dish to many as it is an appetizer originating from Indonesia. Simple's Cucur Sayur is different from the traditional recipe that includes prawns in the mix, while the ones found here is made without any meat in them. This is because the owner chef wanted to let vegetarians enjoy this dish as well, and has thus modify the recipe for a healthier and hearty breakfast item. The batter is aromatic with egg flavours, and within the soft and moist batter is the rich textures of vegetables like cabbage, carrots and onions. Each bite will result in an admiration towards the owner chef's choice of ingredients and hardwork. 

Bobo Chacha - Chinese desserts have become a rare find in the busy bustling city. To find one with a hearty homemade flavours is even harder. Simple's Bobo Chacha is created just to counter this dying culture, with its soft and silky potato completely absorbing the flavours and sweetness of the coconut milk, it melts right away in your mouth. That soothing sweetness will gently and gradually excite every inch of your tastebuds.
